  This is an improvement. Still rude receptionists, and total failure to communicate with the rest of their staff. But the person handling the car was very nice and made up for it. The drop off and pickup service was barely useable, with drop off leaving early and still taking 15 minutes longer than expected, and the pickup giving no warning they were over 30 minutes late. But at least I was picked up this time. Last time I had to phone them, get a taxi and arrange for someone else to collect my children from school, so bad service is an improvement over no service.
  
  The car service seemed OK.
